Company is responsible for free maintenance of equipment failures and defects within the normal range. The maximum warranty period of the drives delivered from the warehouse after 2018 is extended from 18 months to 24 months. For overseas customers warranty, company will provide free parts (shipping charge not included) instead of reparing on site or in house.
During the warranty period, faults caused by the following reasons are not covered by the warranty
1) Product failure caused by the user's failure to operate correctly in accordance with the Product Manual;
2) Product damage caused by product during transportation or external invasion;
3) The user repairs the product without communication with the manufacturer or modifies the product without authorization, resulting in product failure;
4) The user uses the product beyond the applicable scope of the product standard, causing product failure;
5) Product failure caused by poor user use environment;
6) Product damage caused by force majeure factors such as earthquake, fire, lightning, abnormal voltage or other natural disasters;
7) The nameplate, trademark, serial number and other marks on the product are damaged or illegible.
The following three information must be provided when reporting for repair
1. Machine model and serial number (number in the row below the barcode)
2. Fault description.
